Metallic trend certainly made an impact with shiny textures and iridescent fabrics being a hit on the runway. Metallic pieces can be tricky to wear for work because they are loud and feel very "out there" . However if you select the right colours it can look professional, for example if you wear darker hues/shades like a pleated midnight blue skirt with light shimmer, then it feels more elevated already. If you want to add a little sparkle to your outfit then you can wear a glittery metallic jacket on your shoulders or you can use sparkly accents to help direct the eye where you want it to go. Like a shiny, beaded waistband or belt to emphasise curves. You can also amp up a sleek all- black outfit with shiny metallic shoes or a mirrored clutch. Jewellery is by far the easiest way to add sparkle to any look. Draw attention to your face with a shiny metallic necklace or big, glittering earrings.

There are no restrictions for weekend party outfits. My outfit is weekend party ready because it combines a relaxed black metallic body suits with snug fit flared leg trouser and a strappy sequin midi dress. If you have metallic sneakers , shiny pants, or a jacket with edgy metallic details , the weekend is the best time to go out in those item.
